Cathy Welsh presented a seminar on Legal 101 for Airports - Mistakes Managers Make for the 2017 VAOC (Virginia Airport Operators Council) Spring Workshop & Meeting. The VAOC serves the common interest of the owners, operators and users of the 66 public use airports located throughout the State of Virginia. VAOC provides a unified voice for airport operators to State and Federal agencies, the General Assembly and the Congress of the United States of America, on proposed or pending legislation and regulations.
